In 1904, Mr. Enric Llorens ordered the construction of a building that became an example of Barcelona’s modernist architecture and its bourgeois life. The Barcelona City Council honored the estate with an award for its uniqueness and architectural value in 1907.
To recover its value, we rely on the delicacy of the best craftsmen and the precision of the most cutting-edge technology: artificial intelligence, robotic printing and 3D modeling. The building will recover its essence, offering all the comfort required of a 21st century luxury estate.
